    Responsibilities

    • May assist with functional budget analysis and financial trends (e.g. spend to date, latest estimates)
    • Partner with HEOR Asset leads and IT to coordinate the implementation and utilization of tools to ensure operational excellence
    • Partner with Head of HEOR field to coordinate analytics, reporting, and data quality control for field HEOR team
    • Act as a bridge between the home office and the field HEOR team by building and supporting a variety of communication and information sharing processes.
    • Provide project management support
    • Coordinate Medical/Legal/Regulatory review process for HEOR materials
    • Assist with other HEOR Operations activities and projects as assigned
    • Process and track purchase order requisitions for the HEOR team and ensure proper receiving and communication with the vendor on services rendered
    • Work closely with HEOR asset leads and Sage contracts team to ensure timely execution of contracts (existing and new); including processing contracts through internal contracts system

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in high-volume project coordination or administrative support; prior experience in biotech preferred
    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • Problem solving skills and results orientation
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-volume environment
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
    • Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholders
    • Strong team player that has a customer service approach and is solution oriented
    • Attention to detail and the ability to work individually, within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners and vendors
    • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
