    Responsibilities

    • Patient Advocacy Support Services Database
      • Continue development underway to research, vet, and document services provided by advocacy organizations in order to support Sage’s ability to refer patients & caregivers
    • Diversity and Inclusion Organization Landscape Assessment
      • Research and document mission, vision, and capabilities of advocacy organizations to determine their compatibility as partners in the depression advocacy space
    • Legislative Landscape Assessment
      • Continue research regarding key legislative activity at the State/local area
    • Maintaining and updating the current advocate engagement tracker and supporting evolution into a tool/system for tracking engagements
      • Creating and maintaining advocate bio pages
    • Developing and maintaining advocacy department calendar
    • Supporting with note taking during advocacy interviews & engagements
    • Logistics/administrative support for advocate speakers and advocacy meetings
    • Communication and reporting support
    • Patient story library
      • Maintaining video and “one pager” patient/caregiver story library
      • Managing Sage requests for utilizing assets
    • Slide development and other support as needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
    • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in advocacy, healthcare or bio/pharma, required. Five (5) years’ experience, preferred.
    • Exceptional critical thinking, attention to detail and written communication skills
    • PowerPoint, Excel and Word experience, required
    • Technical aptitude, required (support with tools i.e. Wrike, engagement tracking tool, Sharepoint/Box, etc.)
    • Ability to be accountable and work autonomously
    • Patient focus and customer service mindset, required
