    SAGE Therapeutics has an exciting temporary opportunity available for a creative, resourceful, innovative SalesForce report developer to create the real-time reporting for our Patient Support Services (PSS) department. This opportunity is expected to last 6-10 weeks.

     

    This role will be to ensure management's ability to make sound, fact-based, real-time decisions on resource allocation and priority setting.  Your primary responsibility will be to create reports providing real-time insights from the Salesforce.com CRM system.  These reports will be used multiple times daily by the Operational and Departmental Leadership Teams.

    The contractor will partner with key PSS resources to ensure that all needed real-time information is available for an upcoming product launch focusing on patient status, agent workload, and high priority actions.

    Note: This is an onsite contractor position in a fast paced, high energy environment

     

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Partner with departmental leadership to finalize report specs and understand team needs
    • Create series of real-time reports and dashboards within SFDC CRM
    • Provide guidance throughout report creation on best practices on data sharing

     

    Required Skills

    • Ability to get up to speed on reporting requirements quickly
    • Must be able to work independently with limited oversight
    • Excellent project management and planning skills
    • Highly detail oriented
    • Able to shape and transform complex data sets for broad understanding

     

    Required Experience

    • 3+ years experience in operational reporting
    • Experience creating real-time reports in SalesForce or similar CRM
    • Familiarity with the Biotech or Pharmaceutical Industry
